The rates are as follows: 4.00% of the price of the trip for residents in France, 6% of the price of the trip for residents of the European Union (EU). For residents outside the EU, the rate is €90 per person.

For secure online payments we use the SOGENACTIF system from Société Générale Bank. When you pay by credit card, your data is encrypted during the transaction, meaning you are booking in total security. Visa or Mastercard payments incur no extra charges from us.
We have taken out a civil and professional liability insurance policy with ALLIANZ IARD, 87, Rue de Richelieu 75002 PARIS, no. 086410716, which covers, in particular, the pecuniary consequences that may fall to the insured party as a result of bodily injury, material and immaterial damage caused to customers, service providers or third parties as a result of faults, errors of fact or law, omissions or negligence committed in the course of its activity as a travel organisation, up to a limit of 2,300,000 euros.
